India world’s fifth biggest natural rubber producer facing low price problem

According to a report, India is the world’s fifth biggest natural rubber producer. Natural rubber price in Indian dipped to their lowest in 4 and ½ years. All this happened due to the unbalance demand supply chain, not even in Indian market but few time ago a report confirmed that the price of Indian natural rubber is falling in international market too.

One side where the rubber producer is unhappy with this huge drop in price, other side the consumer of natural rubber like tyre industry is taking it as a good change to enhance their profitability. Lower rate of natural rubber would bring down the raw material cost used in rubber products manufacturing such as tyre and other automobile parts.
